Chapter 13: Simselves Gone Wild
Ahh, look at that shiny happy face. Cassidy really must be thrilled about his kids growing up and starting their lives as Young Adults.
Oh, but then the dread set in as Cassidy realised that it's not just his children that are growing up- it's him too. No longer a sprightly young stud muffin, Cassidy finds himself destined for a life left on the shelf like so many forgotten toys.
Bad luck old timer.
So I guess traditionally this is the point in the chapter where I reveal who's going to be heir. Pah, as if I would make it that easy on you.
For this legacy we're going about things in a slightly different manner. One by one, each of the Heart kids will be getting shacked up and moving out, until only one remains. So, without further ado let's get things moving as we meet Jayden's bride-to-be.
All of the partners in this chapter were kindly donated to me by fans of the legacy, and Jayden's choice is Magdalena, created by Cupcake.
Now I know I don't normally like to push my Simmies to just meet someone and get married and shove out some babies in the space of a day, but in this case I'm willing to kick things into hyperdrive.
On with the wedding!
Barely a few hours after Jayden and Magdalena had met they became man and wife.
And whilst Magdalena was busy gushing over her new-found status as a Heart, Jayden soon whipped out his mobile phone and called the removal van.
Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
In the morning I turned my attention to two of my favourite Simmies- Thaila and Wolfie.
As a Natural Cook and, erm, animal lover, Thaila knew the way to a Wolfie's heart was through his stomach, so she soon got started on cooking him a nice meal.
And this was followed by dessert ;)
By this point, Wolfie and Thaila had been together for a very long time but they had so far resisted the urge to bump uglies. Oh it was touch and go for a bit there- trust me- but in the end I decided that I just wasn't quite that pervy.
Now though, as Young Adults, Wolfie and Thaila were free to smush together as much as they liked.
Whilst Thaila and her furry boyfriend were getting down to it, Regan was off out in the world and about to meet her future partner.
And a very HAWT future he is too! Cid Davidson- created by oReally200- is so very smexy I kind of want to keep him for myself.
But I shan't! Regan deserves to be happy after all.
Besides, their matchy-matching shoes make me smile.
As Regan and Cid were settling down to a nice dinner, across town Tristan was about to embark on an exciting new career. So, what's he going to be? Well, I shall give you a clue hmm...
When there's something strange in your neighbourhood, who ya gonna call?
GHOSTBUSTERS!
When there's something weird and it don't look goo-- hey, wait a minute, why's that bint in the background pointing and laughing at Tris?
Hmm, that bint turns out to be none other than Nicole Kinsey- the girl Luca was after in the last chapter but who Tristan got with instead.
Oddly enough, as soon as Tristan had finished dealing with the ghost and had turned his smouldering sexy eyes on her, Nicole stopped with the insolence.
Not quite so side-splittingly hilarious any more, is he?
Kids- don't drink and drive.
So after a bit of exorcism and then some in-orcism, Tristan continued his adventurous day by heading to the local graveyard, where he explored an interesting-looking sparkly hole, possibly left by Humperdink.
Thankfully he returned safe and sound, and went on to spend some time chilling with ghosts.
The following morning, Thaila awoke bright and early with a bit of a rumbly tummy...
Meanwhile, Regan was off out on an early-morning date with Cid, who turned out to be a firefighter. Squeeee!
Regan was suitably impressed, and she spent the next few hours being shown the ropes- or poles- by Cid.
And naturally the hot tasty atmosphere led to some kissage.
Meanwhile, back at home Thaila's rumbly tummy was growing in force- and possibly growing some arms and legs and things too... mebbe a tail... and some whiskers.
But yeah, Wolfie and Thaila are having a cub, I mean, baby!
And Wolfie was surprisingly thrilled about it all.
Although maybe that happy face was just a front... For some reason, as soon as Thaila was knocked up Wolfie became entirely uninterested in her- sexually I mean.
She tried everything to lure The Wolfmeister into bed, and it's not like he was particularly hard to get a handle on in the past, but for some reason he just wouldn't give it up.
Poor Thaila. Mebbe Wolfie was just concerned about accidentally poking the unborn bambino with his shiny downstairs area.
Across town, Tristan was also working something shiny as he showed a grateful customer his ghost banisher machine. And just who is the grateful customer? You may recognise her in a way...
Got it yet? Ah, I don't blame you if you don't recognise her- you haven't seen the girl since she was a child. Well, girl slash Simbot...
Yep, it's Evie Grahame- daughter of Humperdink the robot.
When the weekend came round it was time for Regan and Cid to be wed.
All the family members gathered on the beach, some a little more appropriately dressed than others, and among the invited was a very striking young man who actually listened to Isla talk about herself.
I know, I about fell off my chair.
Although the occasion was one for celebration, Luca instead preferred to wander round in his swimming shorts scaring the bejeasus out of people.
It's kind of why I love him.
But Luca's not all glarey looks and mean motives- sometimes he just likes to stand around and point his bulge at the nearest Kitty he can find.
However, let's put Luca aside for a minute as we watch the joyous union of Regan and Cid.
After knowing each other for a reasonablish time, Regan and Cid were now ready to join their lives together and GTFO of the Heart household cause I needs the space.
Mr and Mrs Davidson everybody!
Whilst Regan and Cid got married the family watched on, and to my surprise Luca was actually quite moved by the romantic situation.
He's a weird one is Luca- it's like the time I found him gently rocking back and forth listening to a music box in his pants in his bedroom...
Yes, really.
Anyways! The romance of the situation was also having an effect on Wolfie and Thaila, as Wolfie finally gave it up and embraced his pregnant girlfriend.
And not far away, another furry creature was also getting her schmooze on.
Well, she was for a little bit. Unfortunately though, Luca decided he just had to insult Kitty in the middle of their romantic rendezvous.
But he quickly span her back into his clutches once more.
Shame shame, we know your name.
Meanwhile, other Sims in the Heart household had more noble pursuits in mind. Tristan had reached level 3 in the Ghosthunter profession very quickly, and he was now onto exorcising objects.
It's probably best that Tristan was out of the house you know, so that way he didn't need to witness the heinous display Kitty was putting on with Luca- despite telling me she only had eyes for Tristan. Hmm, I guess your Simself isn't quite so picky eh Kitts?
But in the end, Kitty and Luca didn't exactly get far anyways as Cassidy decided it would be the opportune moment to do some extreme lurking.
And some extreme slapping... You may recall that Kittycattylion has a boyfriend in my game, and that boyfriend is Cassidy's cousin Hunter. Naturally Cassie wasn't too impressed with Kitty's indiscretion, and he had no problem making it known how he felt.
Following Cassidy's outburst Luca did try to lure the Kittycat back to bed, but I think being belted round the face had dampened her mood somewhat and she just wouldn't get down to it.
The following morning I turned my attention to Isla as we began the search for her husband... well, she's got Commitment Issues, but I guess we can still find her someone special to spend time with.
And that someone special is the young man who Isla met on the beach. Redd Crimson, created by Rad, seemed like an excellent match for Isla as they're both Snobs, and despite my story progression mod's attempts to turn him gay, he appeared to be quite into Isla.
And she was rather into him too.
Er Luca, I know you're upset that Kitty wouldn't sleep with you, but don't you think that's a little bit much?
Later that day it was time for the first member of the fifth generation to be born as Thaila went into labour.
Isla managed to tear herself away from Redd for a few minutes in order to take her sister to the hospital.
And soon the Schneider/Heart family returned home with baby Vixen in tow.
(Name suggested by Mr Jayson- hai Jay!)
Whilst Thaila was getting the baby settled into her new home, Tristan was outside entertaining Evie.
A few flirty interactions followed...
...And finally it was time to lock lips, though quite why Tris chose to do this with his eyes wide open is beyond me.
The following morning it was time for us to say goodbye to Isla as she prepared to start her life with Redd.
Isla and Redd became boyfriend and girlfriend, and he moved in so I could move them out. That should have been it really, but the thing about the Sims under my control is this- they wish it and I dish it.
I know Isla has Commitment Issues, but you see Redd wished to propose to Isla, so I just let him have it.
To be honest though I quite thought she'd say no, but to my surprise Isla was more than happy to accept.
And with that Isla and Redd moved out. Ta-rah!
Now that the house was beginning to empty out Wolfie was able to move in, and Thaila was extremely happy to receive him.
Extremely happy.
Someone not so happy though was Darwin, as he was about to turn into an elder.
Boooooooooooooooo. He would have aged sooner though, but mid-way through his and Cassidy's lives I initiated a new aging mod which made the YA/A life stage longer. Ho well.
Aww, that's a sad pouty face if ever I saw one. I don't know why Luca looks so gloomy though- he's looking to blaze a sex trail by hitting up some unsuspecting young Simmies.
Well, Simselves.
I guess maybe the reason why Luca looked so worried was because he hadn't had a whole host of success in the past when it came to romance. This time though he needn't have worried- Clairezy, writer of A Rotten Legacy, succumbed to his charms all too quickly.
Tut tut, frisky little Simselves.
Oh, but it only got more pervsome from there as Luca next hit up Sim Fury.
But apparently Sim Fury is way way more moral than I, as she turned Luca down.
I think maybe it didn't help that Clairezy had only just vacated the bed and her clothes were still on the floor...
But even more surprising than me rejecting Luca was the fact that Kim, writer of The Stone Family Legacy, also turned the boy down!
I think the fact that Clairezy's the only single Sim in the house affects things somewhat. Who knew Sims could be so virtuous?
Elsewhere, back at home Tristan was also working on wooing as he serenaded Evie.
Her appreciation of his efforts was nothing short of terrifying.
After Tris had softened her up with the music of love, he next invited Evie into his bed, but I gathered things weren't going to go particularly well when I saw her pull this face.
Whyyyyyyyyyyy? Who rejects Tristan and Luca? What kind of crazy women are living in this world?
Someone experiencing more success in their personal life though was Thaila. She was employed in the culinary career and, although she had missed a lot of time at work due to pregnancy, she had reached level 7 in the cooking skill and was churning out some awesome meals.
A few hours later and Thaila was due to spend even more time away from her career as she began her second pregnancy.
At the same time Tristan was also feeling a little strange... He's not preggers though- he's a Vegetarian and I keep accidentally feeding him meat. Oops! *shifty eyes* How am I supposed to know what Dim Sum is?
Later that night it was time for little Vixen to grow up, yeyyyy.
Aww, she's quite cute even though she's EBIL.
But, evil or not, Thaila loved her daughter and so soon began to teach her some life skills.
The next night, out at the beach, Tristan was attempting to use the romantic firery atmosphere to charm Evie.
But sadly she rejected him again...
...and again...
...and again! What is wrong with this girl?!
In the days that followed, Tristan decided to take the slow route in his pursuit of Evie by working on building up a strong friendship with her.
Hold on to your hats now as I bring you some very shocking news... Wolfie is a very good father!
Ikr, I was shocked too. Despite his pervy pervasome nature Wolfie actually makes an excellent dad, and he has a very close relationship with daughter Vixen.
In addition, Wolfie actually appeared to be more excited about the second pregnancy than the last, in the sense that he wasn't immediately repulsed by Thaila's baby bump.
In fact he seemed to quite enjoy it...
But unfortunately for Wolfie the bump was not here to stay, as it was time for a baby to come out of it.
This here is Mew Mew.
(Name suggested by Chouxie- hai Abby!)
Another day another ghost exorcism. By this point Tristan had reached level 6 in the career and was a valuable force in protecting the residents of Twinbrook from ghostly invasions.
And I think one of the people Tristan helped might be somewhat familiar to you. Yes, it's Tammi- Tristan teen girlfriend. Only... she's still his girlfriend. I kind of forgot to break them up.
I had an inkling that perhaps the reason why Evie kept refusing Tristan's advances was because he still had a girlfriend, so I decided it was time for he and Tammi to part ways.
She didn't take it very well, especially when he tried to console her afterwards.
It was unfortunate for Tammi that Tristan had to dump her, but it did seem to be for the best as, later that night, Evie finally gave in and Tristan was able to make some progress.
And what's the best way to win over a girl you like? Why, take her on a magical adventure through time, of course.
Works every time.
But although Tristan was able to spread the love in the Heart household, unfortunately it didn't quite reach as far as Luca and Cassidy. Ever since Luca had tried to get on Kittycattylion, his relationship with his dad had deteriorated massively.
It was unfortunate, but with one Mean Sim and one Evil I guess it was bound to happen.
But then again, not all Evil Sims are trainwrecks when it comes to relationships. Wolfie's got a tonne of 'bad' traits, yet his relationship with Thaila is as sunny as ever.
It's so harmonious in fact, that Thaila felt it was time to take the next step.
I don't think Vixen was that bothered about her parents getting engaged though.
But she did look a little more enthused later that day when she aged into a child.
Eep...
And Mew Mew followed not long after.
Ohmygawsh- so cute! She's essentially a carbon-copy of Thaila right now.
For the next few days in the Heart household, Tristan spent most of his time out working hard as a Ghosthunter.
But when the weekend came around he had to hang up his Ghostbuster outfit as the family attended a wedding.
Yep, it was time to Thaila and Wolfie to tie the knot.
After Mr and Mrs Schneider were married all the guests began to get down and boogie in celebration of the wedding.
Well, Tristan chose to celebrate in a slightly different way...
It's essentially thunder-stealage, but I'm willing to let it slide this time.
Awww.
More awwww! Oh I loves my Mew Mew, and I'm sure you guys do too. However... I has bad news.
Don't hate meh...
The Schneider family are moving out. I'll miss them too! But you know if I let Wolfie into the legacy properly he'd be there forever as he's immortal.
Sorry everyone, but it's time to let go.
*waves goodbye*
With Thaila and Co all moved out it left me with a lot more space in the household, and consequently Evie was able to move in.
Meanwhile, Luca was over at The Legacy Stalkers House as per usual. I'm thinking he's more of a stalker than them...
However, today he had a reason to be there. Thanks to my lovely Story Progression mod I had a little pop-up that informed me of something interesting... Sim Fury is now married. Naturally after hearing this joyous news, I just had to send Luca over to congratulate me/her.
It didn't quite go to plan...
I'm sorry! Look, in my defence I genuinely believed that when Luca hit on Sim Fury she'd just reject him, but... well, I guess she's a little more like me than I realised... *sheepish grin*
And if that wasn't bad enough, Kimmeh also gave herself in to Luca's bountiful charms.
And so did Kitty.
And of course Clairezy had another go.
Elsewhere, in the local graveyard, Tristan was combating various beasties with his banisher machine.
But not all of the ghosts Tris came across were a threat- some residents of the graveyard were just there going about their business, not haunting.
The joy on Tristan's face whenever he met a new ghost was very cute indeed.
A couple of days later it was the weekend, which meant that Tristan had a couple of days off work. To pass the time I sent him round to The Legacy Stalkers House for a visit.
...Anyone notice something wrong with this picture?
Oh. Holy. Hell.
Who knew Luca was so fertile?
So whilst Tristan was discovering he was about to be an uncle four times over, Luca was back at home blissfully unaware of the predicament he was in.
Evie had been living in the house for a good few days now and as yet Luca had not got to know her very well. Consequently he decided to do something about that, and so he invited Evie to join him for a drink.
Luca's attempts to make Evie feel more at home were unconventional at best...
Ooh dear...
